A native of Sarasota, Olivia Marciniak embarked on her real estate career with Michael Saunders & Company with a thorough knowledge of the area. Educated as a registered nurse, Olivia is a relatively new agent. However, her background as a RN provided her with strong communication skills, and she is attuned to customers’ needs. Olivia is committed to handling any real estate hurdles with the utmost time sensitivity while keeping stress to a minimum.

When not working, you can find Olivia and her husband, Mike, spending time fishing, playing pickleball, traveling, cooking or exploring new restaurants. The couple shares two dogs, River and Timbo, and love the proximity to stunning beaches that the Gulf Coast provides.
